What this service is. Agent of Me generates structured AI instructions ("profiles" and "agents") from information you provide, hosts an optional public library of user-published styles and configurations, and publishes an informational directory of AI platforms and aggregated AI news. It is an informational and productivity service.
No professional advice. Nothing on this site, including output produced by or with any professional agent template, is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or mental-health advice, and nothing here is a recommendation that any security, transaction, or strategy is suitable for any specific person. Agents are prompt templates and analytical tools; their names describe a style of analysis, not a licensed practitioner. Agent of Me is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, accountancy, or healthcare provider. To the extent any content relates to markets or investments, it is impersonal, general-circulation publisher content within the publisher's exclusion of Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940; consult licensed professionals for advice about your situation.
Your content. You keep ownership of everything you enter and everything generated from it, that is the point of the product. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service (store, process, generate, display to you, and display publicly the items you explicitly publish). You are responsible for what you publish: no content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person.
Acceptable use. No scraping of private areas, no attempts to access other accounts, no automated bulk copying of the public library beyond the API's intent, no use of the service to generate material for fraud or harassment.
Generated content. AI-generated instructions and comparisons can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review before relying; you are responsible for how you use exported prompts on other platforms, subject to those platforms' terms.
Liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. All users agree that under no circumstances will Agent of Me, its operators, partners, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be held liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information, generated content, or third-party links obtained here. By visiting, using, or viewing this site, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts. You must provide a working email and keep your password secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time under Settings & privacy.
Third-party platforms and news. Platform facts change frequently and are reviewed on the dates shown; verify with the platform. News headlines belong to their publishers and link to the original articles.
Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance. Effective: August 2026.
