Copy the Compact or Standard profile.
Open Grok settings and look for Customize / Custom Instructions; paste the profile there.
If your version lacks the setting, start important chats by pasting the Compact profile as the first message.

Tipps

Grok's default register is informal, your profile will pull it to YOUR register either way.
