步骤
- Copy your profile (Standard or Full, Claude handles long instructions well).
- Create a Project (e.g. “Me”) and paste the profile into its instructions; every chat in the project inherits it.
- Optionally create a custom Style from the HOW I WRITE section so drafting-as-you is one click.
- For your AI Team: one Project per personalized agent. Paste the composed agent prompt as that project's instructions.

- The Full profile fits comfortably. Use it here.
- Keep one project per team member; switching projects switches specialists.
