活用できる場所: Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions (persistent), a Project's instructions, or a Custom GPT's system instructions.
ステップ
- Copy your profile (Compact for the Custom Instructions boxes; Standard/Full elsewhere).
- Open Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions.
- Paste the identity/communication half into “What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?” and the answer-style half into “How would you like ChatGPT to respond?”, or paste the Compact prompt into the response box alone.
- For a dedicated setup, create a Project (or Custom GPT) and paste your Standard or Full profile into its instructions.
- Personalized agents from your AI Team work best as a Project or Custom GPT: one team member per project.

- Custom Instructions fields have character limits, this is exactly what the Compact size is for.
- Memory can add its own notes about you; your profile stays the authoritative version.
